Hors D'oeuvres

Tapenade
Olive and roasted pepper relish served on garlic rubbed toasted baguette slices.
 
   
Melon Provencal    
Cantalope cubes wrapped in Jambon de Campagne ( cured ham ).
 
 
Patatas Bravas  
Chili spiced fingerling potato slices sauteed in garlic, olive oil butter.
 
   
Pan e chorizo
 Chorizo served on toasted baguette slices, brushed with olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
 
    
Melanzana y Prosciutto
Grilled Eggplant rolls with Pecorino cheese and Prosciutto.
 

   
Bruschetta
Fresh tomato and basil blend served on garlic rubbed toasted baguette slices.
 



Entrees


 Bouillabaisse 
Melange of seasonal fish, shellfish, clams and mussels in a delicately rich seafood, tomato white wine saffron broth.
 
  

Poulet Nicoise     
Braised Chicken, coated in Herbes de Provence, simmered with vine ripened tomatoes, olives in a Sauvignon Blanc reduction.
 


Medallions de Porc a L'ail     
Garlic rubbed roti de porc, served on a bed of smoked flageolet beans.
 
   
Paella Valencia
Seafood melange, smoked chicken, chorizo and rice Espagnole simmered in aromatic saffron based bouillon.
 

Chuletas de Cerdo a la Madrilena

Grilled pork medallions marinated in paprika, garlic and olive oil served with rosemary pommes de terre hachis.



Pollo a la Extremena
Chicken sauteed with Serano ham and Spanish spices finished in a tomato anchovy sauce. 
 
 
Pates a la creme
Prawns sauteed in sea salt and garlic tossed in fresh cream saffron sauce served with al dente rotinni pasta.
 



South East Asia

Hors D'oeuvres

Roti John
Fried, egg battered, baguette slices rolled in cilantro and Asian spiced minced pork loin served with pickled cucumbers.
 

Popiah
Roasted pork marinated in chili, ginger, sweet black soy and pickled carrots, bean sprouts, mint and chopped peanuts rolled in a soft rice wrapper.

 

Satay Babi
Grilled chicken skewers marinated in garlic, galangal, chili and brushed with lemongrass served with a spicy peanut sauce.
 

Beef Samosa
Spiced minced steak, curried peas with diced cardomon potatoes wrapped in filo dough served with sweet chili sauce.
 



Entrees

Chili Crab
Fresh crab sauteed in garlic and ginger finished in a fresh tomato sweet chili sauce.
 

Ikan Masak Pedas
Grilled swordfish steaks simmered in a tamarind infused curry sauce.
 

Udang Goreng 
Prawns simmered in a ginger coconut and turmeric curry sauce.


Sambal Babi
Succulent pork cubes simmered in a dark sweet soy, sesame oil, chili, lime leaf and galangal sauce.
 

Tandoori Murgh
Grilled chicken marinated in yogurt, citrus, cardomom, cumin and cayenne pepper.

Beef sauteed in garlic, lemongrass, ginger, Thai chili and coriander.
