I have spent my career absorbing the passion and skill of a mosaic of mentors that I have been blessed to cross paths with, in my forty two years on this beautiful journey.

Whether it was watching my Father grill a Red Snapper on a beach fire in Malaysia or sitting in countless kitchens from Singapore to St. Tropez, each experience added yet another exotic layer to my culinary sensibilities.
 

Whether it be a business lunch, an intimate dinner for two or an anniversary celebration with your closest friends, I promise a feast fit for royalty, without asking for the crown jewels in return.
